Meet RadArtz Academy's 2025-2026 Teachers!
World Music, Choir, & ELA Teacher
Valerie Hildabrand
Mrs. Valerie is excited to be a new music teacher at RadArtz Academy! She, and her husband Ben, have two amazing kiddos. A sweet dancing daughter (age 8) and an amazing ball-playing son (age 6). If she's not at the dance studio or the baseball field, she is teaching music to kids of different ages in multiple facets, including piano lessons out of her home. Although she is a long-time resident of Jessamine County, she has spent the last 12 years dedicating her heart and talents to the students of Danville Independent Schools where she taught middle school choir (2012-2018) and elementary music and choir (2012-2025). Her decision to leave Danville Independent Schools was not an easy one, but one she hopes to bring balance to the schedule or more time with Jesus and family. Prior to public school teaching, she also taught at Transylvania University as an adjunct music teacher.
Mrs. Valerie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from the University of Kentucky, as well as studies in Learning Behavior Disorders from Western Kentucky University.

She holds a two-year Biblical Studies degree and originally taught English as a Second Language before earning her Bachelor's Degree in English and Speech Communication from Berea College.
