Mrs. Casondra Radford is the founder and Executive Director of RadArtz Academy, a devoted mother of four, and a passionate educator with a heart for creative, Christ-centered learning. She established RadArtz Academy to provide families with a place where faith, the arts, and hands-on education come together in meaningful ways. Casondra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Campbellsville University and a Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies from Asbury Theological Seminary.

As Executive Director, Mrs. Radford provides the vision and leadership for RadArtz Academy. She has developed the school's schedule and annual calendar, designed curriculum in history, writing, Spanish, and Bible, built relationships with families and community partners, and worked to expand enrollment throughout Central Kentucky. She oversees hiring, background checks, payroll, bookkeeping, purchasing, enrollment, and school operations while planning educational field trips, special events, and service opportunities. She also pursues grants, cultivates donor relationships, represents the academy at community events and through the Chamber of Commerce, and leads the long-term growth and strategic direction of the school.

Mrs. Radford is passionate about helping every child discover their God-given gifts through engaging, arts-integrated education. Her desire is to equip students with strong character, academic confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning while partnering with families to nurture the whole child in a Christ-centered community.

Rachel Taylor
Director of Operations and Academics

Mrs. Rachel Taylor is a first responder's wife, a devoted mother of two, and an avid dog lover. She enjoys spending days on the river, conducting science experiments, and relaxing with a cozy afternoon at home. Rachel holds degrees in Early Childhood Education and Family Studies. In addition to serving at RadArtz Academy, she owns and operates her own quilting business.

As Co-Director of Operations & Academics, Mrs. Taylor provides leadership for the daily operations of RadArtz Academy. She oversees curriculum planning and instructional quality, leads staff meetings, supervises and supports staff, manages school supplies and inventory, coordinates student safety procedures and emergency drills, and ensures high school students remain on track for graduation requirements. She also leads student assemblies, encourages student leadership and mentorship, and works alongside the Executive Director to build meaningful relationships with community partners. Mrs. Taylor is passionate about creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences while helping both students and staff thrive in a safe, organized, and Christ-centered environment.

Chansley Turner
Director of Spiritual Life and Family Care

Mrs. Chansley Turner is a devoted wife, mother of three, and homeschool educator. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky. She has faithfully led Kingdom Kids Bible Study for the past two years while homeschooling her third grader, kindergartner, and preschooler.

During the 2025-2026 school year, Mrs. Chansley was honored as RadArtz Academy's Teacher of the Year, an award voted on by students in recognition of her Christ-centered leadership, compassion, and dedication.

As Assistant Director of Family Engagement & Spiritual Life, Mrs. Chansley has coordinated chapel services, strengthened relationships with students and families, provided family support, and helped cultivate the Christ-centered culture that makes RadArtz Academy unique. She is passionate about helping children grow in their faith while fostering a welcoming, supportive community for every family.
